Job Description: Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing vehicle finance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets by promoting our vehicle finance solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of financial products in the automotive sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development

    • Identify and approach potential customers for vehicle finance products, including new and used car loans, construction vehicle loans, and commercial vehicle loans.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships, real estate brokers, and other partners to generate leads.

    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals with individual and business customers.

    • Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored finance solutions.

    • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for customers, from application to loan disbursement.

    • Regularly follow up with existing clients to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy

    • Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in vehicle finance.

    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance service offerings.

  • Compliance and Documentation

    • Ensure all customer applications meet the company’s credit policies and documentation standards.

    • Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to resolve any loan application issues efficiently.

  • Reporting and Analysis

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

  • Qualifications

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

    • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in vehicle finance or banking/financial services.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build relationships.

    • Basic understanding of loan processes and vehicle financing products.

    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
