Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our vehicle finance team. The role involves driving sales, managing a sales team, and building lasting relationships with customers and partners. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve branch sales targets.

Identify new opportunities for vehicle finance, including new and used car loans, construction vehicle loans, and commercial vehicle loans.

Customer Relationship Management

Understand customer needs to provide tailored vehicle finance solutions.

Ensure a seamless experience from loan application to disbursement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in vehicle finance or financial services.
