Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Executive to join our vehicle finance team. The role involves overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring seamless loan processing, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a focus on process improvement, and an understanding of vehicle finance operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Loan Processing and Documentation

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications, from initiation to disbursement.

  • Verify and maintain proper documentation as per company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with the credit team to resolve application discrepancies or issues.

• Branch Operations

  • Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth branch functioning.

  • Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency.

  • Assist in implementing new policies and procedures within the branch.

• Customer Support

  • Provide operational support to customers, addressing queries related to loan processes.

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience during loan approval and disbursement stages.

• Compliance and Reporting​

  • Ensure branch operations comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities and loan transactions.

  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the operations manager or branch head.

• Coordination and Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, credit, and collections teams to support branch objectives.

  • Coordinate with external partners, including dealers and brokers, for operational needs.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in financial services or vehicle finance.

 

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in handling loan processing systems and MS Office.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
